Booking Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with us (Shamrock Accommodation), you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking Process:

To secure your reservation, a booking deposit is required. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.
To confirm bookings a deposit is required within 48 hours. On receipt Shamrock Accommodation will confirm by email or in writing.
On payment of deposit a contract has been entered into.
Deposits are non transferable or non-refundable

The full booking amount is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival and is non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly advised to prospective guests at the time of booking.
The Isles of Scilly is an offshore holiday destination and technicalities and weather can affect travel and cause delays. Insurance can also cover any illness or injury that may cause you to cancel your trip

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 9:30 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability).

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests must treat the property and its facilities with care. Any damages or breakages will be charged to the lead guest.

Liability:

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during your stay. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
